Have you lost a few pounds?

Have you lost a few pounds? Been dying to hear this? If yes, and you haven’t got around to it, then now is the time to get moving!
We are heading towards the end of the year and the party season is around the corner; the shops are bursting with this seasons must haves and party invitations come flooding in. Does this make your stomach churn? The thought of having to sit down in the dress that only looks good whilst you stand, or having to hide your thighs under the table, as one of yours makes two of her’s, even worst, his!

Well there is still time; I am someone who struggled for over 20 years and finally got a grip to what works and what doesn’t. Just like you and every other female you know, who dies to hear the words ‘Have you lost a few pounds?’ I will share with you, my ongoing battle to fight the flab; the highs and lows of my journey, my love for food, or should I say what comforted me through the name calling.


Then - 15 stones a size 18-20 & Now - 11 stones a size 10-12.
